Google has seemingly stopped restricting Android Auto from displaying Google Maps on both your phone and car dashboard at the same time.

This is what I mean. Why isn’t there an option to not auto connect? Why do we need to select per car? It really does feel odd.

  Yeah, it’s the first place I look at and dumbfounded with the lack of the 4th sensible option.
