For all the talk of the ‘liberal elite’ in the Ivy League there are a LOT of old money nepo racists and institutions built around them.
While morally reprehensible, those institutions didn’t want to lose their patrons, who donate tons of money. It’s the smart move, but the shitty move. They don’t care. Keep the money rolling in, boys and girls.
